We provide shipping services across India to all PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. International shipping is currently not available.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
- Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-8 business days
Express Shipping:
- Available in select metro cities
- Delivery within 24-48 hours
- Additional charges apply
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- Express Shipping: ₹199 (subject to availability)
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹49 handling fee
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day
- Processing may take longer during sale periods or festivals

- Order confirmation email with tracking details

Delivery Process
- Delivery requires signature confirmation
- Valid ID proof may be required for COD orders
- If unavailable, delivery will be attempted again the next business day
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
Special Circumstances
Festival Season: Delivery may take 1-2 additional days during Diwali, Holi, and other major festivals.
Weather Conditions: Extreme weather may cause delivery delays in affected regions.
Remote Areas: Some remote PIN codes may require additional 2-3 days for delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- O. Box addresses
- Military bases (contact customer service for alternatives)
- Areas with ongoing service disruptions
